Tiff did what!!!??? Tiffany Day is the embodiment of Gen Z: Chaotic, anxious, sensitive, a victim of the digital age, and ADHD-powered. The production is so good, especially for a small artist. The instrumentals hit so hard, and the layered vocals are peak. AMERICAN GIRL is a must listen. I also vibe a lot with START OVER, PRETTY4U, and SAME LA. Some tracks are not as memorable, but they are still bangers, and anyone could still vibe to them. The CharliXcX resemblance is glaring at some places, but Tiff executes the style with much more glamour. While the vibe on Charli’s brat is apathetic and lofty, tiff is unapologetically emotional and energetic. Not caring about the music is not cool anymore. People want the artist to put their heart and everything they’ve got into it. In the age where more than half the internet is AI slop, people wearing masks on Instagram, people deeply crave authenticity, real, flawed human expression, raw vulnerability. The album has to be praised from this angle: the emotional honesty and openess allows for basically any gen-z to relate to it on some level. I enjoyed this album a lot, and I would listen to TIFF ANY DAY.
