This album is the perfect concept album about the trans experience and its relation to romantic love. I cried the first time listening to it all the way through. Beautiful lyricism and the concept is kept so tight throughout the record with so many opportunities to relate to the pain of loving another while hating yourself and therefore what you’re putting your loved one through.
