This is lowkey just how I feel about it today and I may come back here in a week and be offended by a 6/10 but…. I’m sorry I don’t really like sex songs thatttt much. And that’s a big part of this album. I do think she writes a killer man-hating song which always brighten my day… but like House Tour, Tears, even When Did You Get Hot?- like they are good songs and I could see why someone does like them… but i just feel pretty neutral towards them. I loveee Nobody’s Son, We Almost Broke Up Again Last Night, and Don’t Worry I’ll Make You Worry. Also- I am not at all offended by Sabrina’s title for the album or the cover… but the theme doesn’t really carry over in the album enough in my opinion. She’s “man’s best friend”… and assuming that’s meant to be irony (as in she’s men’s best friends bc she’s a man hater) then I feel like we could use more man hating songs (we get like 3 + a couple break up songs). It just feels like the album title was just meant to be polarizing and not to actually hold up themes of the album.
