I am constantly playing this game with Cameron in my head… do I like the song OR does he just have a knack at finding a good melody? I don’t know! Butttt, I think he really has a talent for writing angsty male songs. I feel like male made music oftennn (not always bae) lacks the angst that girlies like Liv give us… but Cam just has that factor in him. I think he is just really good at writing catchy songs too. There’s some songs that I find kind of annoying (Fragile, I am STARING at you- I think it’s a mid-take on the male loneliness epidemic haha). I also really appreciate his songs talking about his past addictions. A topic that is not written about enough!! I think the album is probablyyyy too long (like same as TTPD fr) because it loses cohesion (I think the OG album- the one with 15 songs- was far more cohesive as a piece of art). Also- burn interludes to the ground! I’m not sorry!!
