Yeah, this is definitely his best work. I think he's just really good at writing fun, vibey songs anyways, but this album really nails that. Every song not only has a good vibe, but also clearly has something to say. (Also, the album art on Apple Music with the rick moving is so cool and unique to me). Ricky Montgomery just does male yearning so well (I mean, he is Line Without A Hook guy... what do I expect?) I really love Boy Toy, Truth or Dare, and Type A. I feel like at worst the songs run together on this album where I find it hard to differentiate them in my head a little bit... but I think that'll also get better with listening. But truly, I expected to feel like I liked half of this album and then give up on the rest... but I truly added almost all of it to my playlist. Even my closed mindedness couldn't help but admit every song had valid reason and vibes to be added to the giant playlist.
