I don't know... we don't learn anything about Kenzie. Look, I've dabbled in dance moms and she was perfect and precious in it so I was really excited when I heard that she had music too... but I leave underwhelmed. Only anatomy really tells me something special about Kenzie that couldn't be told from any other person. It's the only song that really feels like it belongs to her. Everything else is pretty much basic pop music that anyone could have written. I want more Kenzie specific music. And none of it is really catchy enough to connect to me without striking lyrics. I think it over relies on production in a lot of places like biting my tongue and the me i was. They just become so drowned in the synthy production that I lose the actual message and point of the song. I think she has a lovely voice... but what is a voice when there's nothing to say? I did enjoy 6 feet under and midnight murder (despite being under 2 minutes long). I didn't think any of it was bad... it just wans't that good either. But I know she has some newer stuff so I'll stay optimisitc that her recent projects understand themselves a little better.
