The best-selling album of all time. Produced by Quincy Jones, Thriller didn't just top the charts — it redefined pop, R&B, and the very concept of the music video, becoming a cultural phenomenon that transcended music entirely. Billie Jean is one of the coolest records ever made. Beat It brought hard rock and pop together in a way nobody had attempted before, with an Eddie Van Halen guitar solo that stopped the world. The title track's 14-minute short film directed by John Landis turned album promotion into theatrical spectacle. Eight Grammy Awards in 1984. 37 weeks at number one in the US. Its influence on pop music, choreography, and visual storytelling remains immeasurable.
