I will never understand why people like stuff like this that is relatively soulless, but hate Taylor Swift. I think the artistic merit here is in the actual music. I think Boys is a standout with the people talking in between the singing parts. I think she had a vision with that song and executed it well. I like Red Bottoms- I think it's a pretty song. Well, damn. I wanted to like Hitachi because it's a sad piano ballad... but never in my life have I heard a sad song about a vibrator. I like the sound, but I fear I cannot add that to my playlist. BTW not everything is about sex (at least God, I hope it's not). This is just a really sexually explicit album, but like it's unironic. At least Sabrina Carpenter is joking... Adela is not. Some of the songs have good sound and I would listen to and vibe to... but the lyrics are far too convicting to listen to. I understand the sonic appeal of it, I guess. At least she seems like she had vision... even if the vision is rather shallow. I also didn't know that I knew Ain't In La, but it's been all over instagram/tik tok.
