Aqualung is the fourth studio album by the British rock band Jethro Tull, released in March 1971. The album blends heavy rock riffs with acoustic folk passages, addressing themes of religion and homelessness that led many to view it as a concept album, despite the band's denials. Fun fact: The iconic title track was co-written by frontman Ian Anderson and his then-wife Jennie Franks, and despite its massive popularity, it was never officially released as a single.
