Color Decay is the eighth studio album by American metalcore band The Devil Wears Prada, released on September 16, 2022, through Solid State Records. Produced by keyboardist Jonathan Gering, the album seamlessly bridges the gap between their crushing, chaotic roots and emotionally heavy melodic progression. Fun fact: The album's title was conceptualized by vocalist Mike Hranica, who felt the visual of something losing its color perfectly captured the record's underlying themes of loss and life draining away.
