George Harrison's fifth studio album, 'Dark Horse,' released in December 1974, delves into personal turmoil and spiritual themes. Amidst his divorce from Pattie Boyd and the formation of his own record label, Harrison's raw vocals and introspective lyrics shine. The album features collaborations with artists like Tom Scott and Billy Preston, blending rock with funk and soul influences. Fun fact: The album's cover art was inspired by Harrison's admiration for Terry Gilliam's animations in Monty Python's Flying Circus.
