Nothing's About to Happen to Me is the eighth studio album by American singer-songwriter Mitski, released through Dead Oceans. The album blends her signature alternative sound with Americana and orchestral elements, exploring themes of isolation and anxiety through the perspective of a reclusive woman. Fun fact: Mitski cleverly teased the album's release date on Instagram by posting a video of herself typing the numbers "22726" into a calculator.
