Random Access Memories

Random Access Memories is the fourth and final studio album by the French electronic music duo Daft Punk, paying tribute to late 1970s and early 1980s American music. The duo largely abandoned their signature sample-heavy sound for this record, opting instead to collaborate with live session musicians and icons like Nile Rodgers and Pharrell Williams. Fun fact: Despite being an iconic electronic music act, Daft Punk limited the use of electronic instruments on this album to just drum machines, a custom-built modular synthesizer, and vintage vocoders.
