Released on September 28, 2010, 'The 88' is the fifth studio album by Los Angeles-based pop/rock band The 88. Produced by the band themselves, the album features 11 tracks that showcase their signature blend of catchy melodies and energetic performances. Notably, Ray Davies of The Kinks provides backing vocals on the track 'They Ought To See You Now'. Fun fact: The 88 recorded the single 'Love Is The Thing' entirely on an iPhone using the FourTrack application.
