You Might Not Like Her

Yeah, she cooked on this. Like as a Christian... all these songs bring up really great points about how some Christians treat the LGBTQ community. I think all Christians should listen to this lowkey because it's uncomfortable to hear a perspective of someone who left the church speaking honestly, but it's really insightful to me. Fat Funny Friend is truly one of the best body image songs out there and I've BEEN obsessed with it. I really love every song on here. You Might Not Like Her is a really special song. Also, the cover for this little EP makes me wanna sob. I don't agree with everything said on the album, but musically I think it's really great and I can appreciate all Maddie is saying and her experience without agreeing with everything she has to say about the church and Jesus. Also, proof that church hurt is real and should be talked about more!!
