One Simple Trick

Looking at the album musically and not based on the people behind it, One Simple Trick is an intriguing album that has some major pitfalls, but knows what it is. Themes of religious vindication and disdain for capitalism are apparent and unabashed. In many cases, the lyricism is much more interesting than the music. Overall, the album is good for a debut, but lacks some maturity and depth that other bands handle better.
