'Shakermaker' is the second single from Oasis' debut album, *Definitely Maybe*, released in June 1994. Written by Noel Gallagher, the track blends surreal lyrics with a catchy, anthemic chorus, reflecting the band's playful side. It reached number 11 on the UK Singles Chart, solidifying Oasis' presence in the British music scene. The song's melody bears a resemblance to 'I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing,' leading to legal issues and a fine for unauthorized usage. The music video was filmed near the Gallagher brothers' childhood home in Manchester. ([en.wikipedia.org](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shakermaker?utm_source=openai))
