'Sunday Morning Call' is the third and final single from Oasis's fourth studio album, 'Standing on the Shoulder of Giants'. Released on July 3, 2000, the track reached number four on the UK Singles Chart. Written and sung by Noel Gallagher, it marked his first lead vocal on an A-side since 'Don't Look Back in Anger' in 1996. The song's music video, filmed in a disused psychiatric hospital in Vancouver, was inspired by the film 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest'. Fun fact: Despite being written and performed by Noel Gallagher, he has expressed strong dislike for the song, even omitting it from the Oasis singles album.
